"This work is a gift from heaven that is given to all as the perfect means to consciously remain in union with Christ." Currently I find that the "purpose" of my day revolves around finding time to read these messages. I still find it difficult to remain in conscious union outside of these times. With three children at home most days (they are not in school at the moment) it is also a challenge to find much time to be with these writings. This creates a kind of tension in that "life" feels somewhat empty and I only look forward to the time spent reading or in prayer, the time spent with Christ. I guess that with time that will pass and I will begin to find joy (and find Christ) in life again. That is all I felt to share. Thank you x

Dear Matthew:
Thanks for sharing. Being in the world without being of the world, sometimes seems to be a challenge. However, Christ provides everything we need to accomplish our purpose in our daily life.
God is Love. When we understand that, then loving our children, neighbors, families, spouse, husband, friends, ourselves, and others, becomes a path of light, and a perfect means by which Christ manifests himself.
It is a wonderful and enriching experience to be able to see, feel and perceive the presence of God in the simple things of daily life. When the simplest actions are done with love, God Himself is present. Its light and beauty are manifested when preparing breakfast for our children or helping them learn to read, or serving a cup of tea to a friend when he comes to visit. It is also present in a vivid way when we give someone a friendly smile out of love.
When we begin to see God in all these "small" things, the world is no longer a challenge, but an extension of Heaven, for it is a place where we fulfill our purpose of being love, extending the light of Christ wherever we are. We no longer need to pray, meditate, or those kind things, to live in the presence of love. We can do them of course. But when we get to the point of seeing God in everyone and everything, and accepting that God is Love and nothing else but Love, life is transformed into prayer, meditation, and contemplation. Heaven and Earth become one, just as they really are. In other words, we live the Love that we truly are.
with Love and Gratitude,
