The Spiritual Experience in UNUM

As this understanding deepens, the sense of separation between the human and the divine begins to dissolve.

I am love and nothing but love.

This statement is not a metaphor or a philosophical idea.

It is the direct recognition of the deeper identity of the human being.

 

Embodying love

Spiritual awakening does not mean escaping the human condition.

It means inhabiting it fully.

The work Embodiments of Love describes this realization in the following way:

 

To be a Christ on Earth is to be fully human and fully divine at the same time.

It is to consciously live the union of heaven and earth within you.

The expression “a new heaven and a new earth” does not describe an external event, but a state of consciousness in which spirit and human life exist in perfect harmony.

When this harmony manifests, love ceases to be a spiritual aspiration and becomes the natural way of living.

From this perspective, spiritual life does not consist in leaving the world.

It consists in embodying love in everyday life.
