Pulse is a field of presence.

There is no rush.

No goals to achieve.

What Pulse is not

Pulse is not a course.
It is not a video library.
It is not content to consume, nor a training program.

There are no levels, assignments, or demands.
Nothing here seeks to convince, teach, or prove.

Pulse does not ask for constant attention.
It asks for presence.

Usually, a weekly or biweekly transmission is shared, along with brief audios that accompany listening and silence, and written reflections published in the blog containing revelations not yet released elsewhere.

This is not a space to move through quickly.
It is a space to be inhabited.

The written word

Pulse is living transmission.
It also includes written texts containing revelations received before publication, offered as part of the same rhythm as the audios and videos.
